Dr. Siéta Achampong currently serves as the Director of High Schools for the Harrisburg School District. Prior to this appointment, she was the proud principal of SciTech Campus of Harrisburg High School in Harrisburg PA. She has been an administrator for over 20 years. Her experience in education includes teaching English, Dean of Students,
Assistant Principal, Ninth Grade Principal, and Director of Alternative Education.

As the principal at SciTech, Dr. Achampong has led the school with the hard work and dedication of the staff and students to win numerous awards and recognitions. The school has earned the recognition of US News Best High Schools in the Country (8 years in a row); Title I Distinguished School; Best High Schools according to Niche; and won the coveted National Blue Ribbon School of Excellence Award. Dr. Achampong has also won numerous prestigious awards for her leadership and community involvement.

Siéta is the author of 18 Ways God Wins and other titles; a sought-after motivational speaker, and presenter. She is the founder and co-owner of God Wins, a motivational business. She is very involved in the community and currently serves on several boards
and committees. Her writing and speaking seek to inspire and encourage others through her personal life journey.

Dr. Achampong is a proud member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., and currently serves on the National Zeta Educational Foundation. She is highly active at her church, Greater Zion Missionary Baptist Church, and serves in multiple service organizations.

Dr. Siéta Achampong is married to Mr. Anthony Achampong, Jr. and they have two beautiful daughters, Quaneesha and Casaya, and their faithful dog, Rocky Bo.
